If the guest cancel booking for any own reason, Goldjoy Travel will make a deduction according to the cancellation and refund policy of the cruise line: all cancellation requests must be notified in writing or by email and Goldjoy Travel's Acknowledgment of receipt. Telephone message notifications will not be accepted. (Notification days do not include departure date and notification date).

70 days or before the departure date: SGD $35 + deposit per person
Within 69-40 days from the date of departure: SGD $35 + 50% of total cruise fare per person
